A Chocoloate moment at The Culinary Table

This year , The month of June will be my month of Chocolate. It is Winter in South Africa with cold nights and mornings in Pretoria but beautiful sunny days in the mid day sun.I have been working with chocolate a bit to look for a few ideas I like. There will be a few chocolate posts to follow this June.
