Daniela & The Organic Beef Burger at The Culinary Table

I had the opportunity recently to work with Chef Daniela and her friendly , warm and very loyal staff at the Culinary Table.
We had a morning filled with events from making dough and preparing Ciabatta breads and burger rolls to working in the butchery preparing the organic free range grass fed beef for home made burger patties.

There are various aspects to The Culinary Table but most impressive of all are that ost of what I have tasted are all prepared on the day.The Beef is carefully sourced , the bread and flower is all prepared to make delicious ciabatta breads and burger rolls and the hand made burger patties which are all made in the butchery contains only beef with no bread crumbs , onion pieces , eggs or anything but pure organic beef added to make the fresh succulent beef Burger patties. The burger is cooked on a Josper , flame grilled to perfection and enjoyed with fresh vegetables , salad and herbs from the beautifil groomed herb garden at The Culinary Table.
